Ordering and Payments
On placement of an order we will email a Purchase Receipt to you detailing the price of the goods, including shipping costs. If we are unable to fulfill your order or part order we will contact you using the details you provided.
Payment can be taken by PayPal account or by credit/debit card via PayPal processing. We always aim to dispatch on the same day the Purchase Receipt is sent.

FLAT RATE DELIVERY CHARGE: £2.50
Standard Delivery Royal Mail First Class – 2-5 working days (Not trackable).
Proof of posting is retained for each order.
EU Delivery
Standard Delivery for EU orders up to £50: £6.50 – 5-14 days
Proof of posting is retained for each order.

International Delivery
Standard Delivery for international orders up to £50: £8 – 5-14 days

Returns and Replacements
We are happy to offer a full or partial refund or exchange – within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please return items unopened, unused and in their original packaging with an explanatory note and your contact details. We recommend that you send your parcel by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage. Delivery costs are non refundable.
We are unable to accept returns for fabric or ribbons and trimmings that have been cut to order unless faulty or damaged.
